I cannot say enough about what an incredible experience I had with Katie. I reached out to her in the blind on the recommendation of an associate not knowing what to expect. I had, what I thought was going to be, a mountain property which would be very difficult to market and sell. Katie worked with me through the process of bringing the property to market, staying with me and keeping in touch while I made adjustments needed. This was a process that took me over a year, but Katie stayed with me the entire time. She monitored the market the entire time and regularly updated me. When it came time to list the property Katie actively sought out buyers based on her networking and word of mouth to bring several interested parties to the table, eventually getting us two full price offers. Katie made the process painless. I would recommend her to anyone. Her knowledge of the area, ability to assess the market, personal energy, and attention to her clients are beyond what I have ever experienced with an agent.
